Our members have around 33 years of experience in hotel design and about 18 years of experience in hotel operations and management. Currently, the members own multiple hotels with different brands collectively. With technical backgrounds, business ethics, and multi-brand ownership, the members have distinct perspectives in hotel development and operations. Whether it is building new hotels from the ground up or acquiring unprofitable or profitable properties, our depth of experience, a prudent management style, proven strategies for enhancing asset value, optimizing investment returns and an overriding commitment to guest excellence enable us to provide significant operating results for us and our lenders. Members also actively participate at the local and national level in tourism and hotel owner’s association boards. This gives the members the advantage to enhance their knowledge and have an even broader assessment of the hotel industry.

Our team experience encompasses each step in the development and management process from site acquisitions to pre-development planning, to construction, and to grand openings and renovations.
